In the production process, we follow standardized process operation procedures and monitor and record real-time parameters at key workstations to ensure stable and controlled operation of each process. Our testing center is equipped with professional equipment such as spectral analyzer, coating thickness gauge, colorimeter, cross grid adhesion tester, and salt spray test box to conduct comprehensive and data-driven inspections on the coating thickness, adhesion, color difference, impact resistance, and salt spray resistance of our products.
